Australia Enacted in 2002, total revision planned for 2016.
England Enacted in 2010 as the first in Europe. Revised in 2010
Germany Enacted in 2017. Revised in 2015.
France Enacted in 2012.
Canada Enacted in November 2014. A total revision planned for 2016 (from usage classification to risk based)
New Zeland Enacted in 2014.
Bahama Enacted in March 2015.
United Arab Emirates Implemented in April 2015.
Singapore Implemented in June 2015.
Japan Implemented on 10th December 2015.
United States of America Enacted on 28th June 2016. Implemented on 29th August 2016.
European Union The enactment of unified regulations (risk based) planned for 2016.
ICAO (International Civil Aviation Organization) In March 2015, ICAO has released the second draft of“ Manual on Remotely Piloted (International Civil Aircraft Systems”. (revision of 2012’s document)
Amendment of Chicago Convention and Regulations for Remotely Piloted Aircraft System planned in 2021.
