JUIDA Attends National Day Reception Hosted by the Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office in Japan

The Japan UAS Industrial Development Association (JUIDA) announced today that its Secretary-General and staff members attended the National Day Reception for the 114th Anniversary of the Republic of China (Taiwan) in 2025, hosted by the Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Office in Japan (TECRO) in Tokyo on Thursday, October 8, 2025.

Deepening Japan-Taiwan Exchange and Friendship

The reception, marking Taiwan’s National Day, was a grand celebratory event that brought together numerous guests from various fields, including political, economic, and cultural sectors, from both Japan and Taiwan. JUIDA was honored to attend this long-standing celebration following an invitation from TECRO.

During the event, JUIDA representatives engaged in discussions with many distinguished guests, emphasizing the importance of friendly relations and promoting exchange across diverse sectors between the two countries/regions. Notably, the active presence of cross-party parliamentary leagues dedicated to Japan-Taiwan relations underscored the strengthening ties and solidifying bonds between the two sides.

Promoting JUIDA’s International Collaboration

JUIDA views international collaboration in the field of Advanced Mobility Systems (AMS), including drones, as a crucial part of its mission.

Following the recent dispatch of a JUIDA delegation to Taiwan for an inspection visit, participation in this reception provided a valuable opportunity to further deepen engagement with Taiwan and explore potential mutual cooperation for future industrial development.

JUIDA remains committed to strengthening its partnerships with international counterparts, contributing to the safe and sustainable development of the AMS industry.
